NRB Commercial Bank Limited is a fourth-generation commercial bank that began its operations in April 2013. In April 2014, it introduced its Visa Card product. At present, NRB Commercial Bank serves over 300,000 customers, including 30,000 debit cardholders and 300 credit cardholders. The bank operates through 68 branches, 563 agent points, and one banking booth.

NRB Commercial Bank offers an array of approved features:

 <li>User registration for mobile apps, including account and card registration.</li>
 <li>Balance inquiry and account statements.</li>
 <li>Requesting checkbooks, stopping checks, and linking existing cards/accounts.</li>
 <li>Fund transfers:
 <ul>
 <li>Internal transfers within the bank.</li>
 <li>Transfer from card to account.</li>
 <li>Transfer from account to card.</li>
 <li>Interbank account transfers using BEFTN.</li>
 </ul>
 </li>
 <li>Offline features such as information about products, discounts from partner businesses, branch locations, and news and events.</li>
